Question 1

Are your jerseys official club merchandise?

Accepted Answer

No, and we would rather tell you up front. Don's Sports Shop is not affiliated with, endorsed by or licensed by any club, league, federation or kit maker. We sell premium-quality kits in the styles fans want, at a fraction of official retail prices: breathable performance fabric on fan versions, and the slimmer athletic cut on player versions.

Question 2

Do you ship to my country?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We are based in the USA and ship worldwide. Checkout accepts addresses in more than 230 countries; the only exceptions are countries under US sanctions and a few where carriers have suspended service. Not sure about yours? Email info@shopdonsdose.com.

Question 3

How much does shipping cost?

Accepted Answer

A flat $9.99 per order, anywhere in the world, and free on orders of $100 or more.

Question 4

Will I have to pay customs or import duties?

Accepted Answer

If your order ships outside the USA, your country may charge customs fees, import duties or taxes when it arrives. These are set by your local customs authority, are not included in our prices or shipping, and are paid by whoever receives the parcel. If you are not sure what applies, your local customs office can tell you before you order.

Question 5

How long will my order take to arrive?

Accepted Answer

Every order is prepared and handed to the carrier within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery to the USA, Canada and Mexico takes 5 to 9 business days from the day you order, and 7 to 21 business days everywhere else. Each product page shows your estimated dates before you buy.

Question 6

How do I track my order?

Accepted Answer

We email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships, and you can check it any time on our Track Order page using your order number. Some carriers only start showing scans once a parcel reaches your country, so a few quiet days after dispatch is normal. If you are worried, email info@shopdonsdose.com with your order number and we will look into it.

Question 7

What sizes do you carry, and how do they fit?

Accepted Answer

Sizes are listed on every product page: most adult kits run S to 2XL, and some go up to 4XL. Player versions have a slim athletic fit, so if you are between sizes, size up. Kids kits come in sizes 16 to 28, for roughly ages 3 to 15. Every page has a size guide with chest and length measurements.

Question 8

What if something is wrong with my order, or it doesn't fit?

Accepted Answer

If it arrives faulty, damaged or we sent the wrong item, we send a free replacement (or refund you if we can't). If you ordered the wrong size, keep it and we'll send the right size at 50% off, with no return needed. Personalised items are final sale unless faulty, and we don't take change-of-mind returns. Email info@shopdonsdose.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number. Full details are on our Returns & Exchanges page.

Question 9

Can I get a name and number printed on my jersey?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Most jerseys can be printed with a current squad player or your own name and number, chosen on the product page for $10.

Question 10

Can I design my own kit?

Accepted Answer

Yes, for teams. Our Custom Team Kits let you choose from more than 140 kit designs, add your crest and sponsor, and print every player's name and number. Order a single sample set first, or the whole squad at team pricing.

Question 11

Do you have World Cup 2026 kits?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Don's Sports Shop stocks home and away kits for the World Cup 2026 nations, plus kids sizes and long-sleeve editions for many squads.

Question 12

Does Don's Sports Shop sell F1 team merchandise?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The F1 Paddock collection carries 2026 team polos and shirts from Ferrari, McLaren, Mercedes AMG Petronas, Red Bull, Aston Martin and Cadillac.

Question 13

How do I contact you?

Accepted Answer

Email info@shopdonsdose.com. If it is about an order, include your order number so we can find it straight away.
